Question 1

Is Moonshot AI down right now?

Accepted Answer

Moonshot AI is up. Its official status page reports no active incident.

Question 2

How does Respan know whether Moonshot AI is down?

Accepted Answer

Every five minutes Respan reads Moonshot AI's official status page and incident feed, counting only its API, not its chat apps. An active incident marks it degraded, and a critical incident or an official outage marks it down. Uptime counts critical incident time in full and major incident time at 30%.

Question 3

What can I do while Moonshot AI is down?

Accepted Answer

Route requests through a gateway that falls back to another provider or model when a call fails. With the Respan gateway you list fallbacks once and failed requests retry on them automatically, so an outage at Moonshot AI doesn't reach your users.
