What is Browser Use?

Browser Use is an open-source framework and cloud platform for AI agents that control web browsers. Developers can run the open-source agent library on their own infrastructure, or hand tasks to Browser Use's managed web agents, which navigate sites, complete workflows, and return structured results.

The browser infrastructure also works on its own. Teams running their own automation can connect through CDP, Playwright, or Puppeteer and get stealth browsers with automatic CAPTCHA solving and residential proxies. Cloud usage is pay-as-you-go, billed on browser time, traffic, and model tokens, with no subscription and credits that don't expire.
