Workflows Runs Summary

Run summary for one monitor/automation — time-bucketed counts.

One row per bucket (hour/day/minute via time_tick), ordered ascending: completed / stopped / failed run counts plus delivery sums. Powers the Runs tab’s chart and its summed header stats. Optional version_id scopes to a single version.
